William Coleman

Bill Coleman has worked within the Executive Search industry since 1997, supporting clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 organizations. He has successfully led national searches in the recruitment of business & functional leaders in various industry sectors, including technology, consumer products, manufacturing, metals, aerospace and distribution.  

Prior to establishing Coleman Search Consulting, LLC, Bill was Managing Director of Boyden Global Executive Search. In addition to being a lead in the aerospace & industrial practice groups of Boyden, he worked with both publicly and privately held corporations in the recruitment of C-level operating, finance, human resources, sales/marketing, supply-chain and technology executives. On an ongoing basis, Bill has consulted with clients on issues of business strategy, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, and leadership development. His clients have included Abbott Laboratories, ACCO Brands, Bendix, Brush Engineered Materials, Carpenter Technology, Clopay, Emerson Electric, GE Aviation, Hendrickson Intl., ITT Industries, Milacron, Modine Mfg., Omnova Solutions, Robbins & Myers, ScottsMiracle-Gro, Smiths Group, Sterling Commerce, Timken and W.W. Grainger.

Bill has previously served as Senior Vice President of Lee Hecht Harrison, where he directed the company's offering of career services and leadership consulting. He has held senior level general management, sales and marketing positions with Teledyne, Fullerton Metals and Crucible Materials Corporation. 

A graduate of Xavier University, Bill holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and an M.Ed. in Counseling.

Bill and his wife, Maureen, have five children and reside in Columbus, where he is active in the community, currently serving on the Board of St. Stephen's Community House, and having served on the Campaign Cabinet of United Way of Central Ohio.


Jeff Dressler

Jeff Dressler is a 25+ year Executive Search, Staffing and HR veteran that has worked with search clients across a broad range of industry sectors including manufacturing, banking, finance, tax and accounting, higher education, public pension funds and consumer products. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, he serves client organizations both domestically and internationally, most recently filling several C Suite level manufacturing positions in China and South America.

Before joining CSC, Jeff worked alongside Bill Coleman at both Boyden Global Search and Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), where he served as Vice President of Business Development for their Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining LHH, Jeff managed relationships and searches for a boutique executive search firm in Columbus, Ohio.

Earlier in his career, Jeff spent ten years with Whirlpool Corporation, the world's largest appliance manufacturing company, at their Corporate Headquarters, where he led executive development, training and quality initiatives, both domestically and internationally for their finance subsidiary. Following Whirlpool, Jeff spent ten years with Bank One (now J.P. Morgan Chase), in a number of HR, executive development and staffing operations roles. He developed and facilitated Bank One's national Leadership Development Program, was instrumental in the annual hiring of over 25,000 employees annually, and was Chief of Staff for the 300-person Corporate Audit organization.

Jeff earned his BSBA in Human Resources from West Virginia University and performed his graduate work in Organizational Communications at Western Michigan University.

Jeff and his wife, Judy, reside in the Pittsburgh suburban area.

Michael Guirlinger

Michael Guirlinger has 30 years of direct management experience in both private and public companies. He has successfully recruited top talent in a variety of industry sectors including financial services, wealth management, pharmaceutical, communications technology, hospitality, sales, and human resources. He has also served on the board of three public companies including currently with Speedemissions, Inc., an Atlanta based emissions testing company with a national footprint.

Prior to joining Coleman Search Consulting, Michael was the Executive Vice President of Interactive Holdings. Previous senior level management positions include such companies as Fiserv, Language Access Network, Profit Technologies, and the Banc Stock Group (Diamond Hill Investments).

A graduate of Aquinas College, Michael holds an EMBA from The Ohio State University.

Michael and his wife, Gerie, have one child and two grandchildren and reside in Raleigh, North Carolina.


John Hamilton

John R. Hamilton is Managing Director, Coleman Search Consulting in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to joining CSC, John served as Managing Director/Market Director of TiER1 Performance Solutions in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

For several years prior to his general management role with TiER1 Performance Solutions, and throughout both his corporate Human Resource executive and executive search career, John served multiple clients conducting C-level and other senior level executive search engagements in all major functional areas including Sales and Marketing, Operations, Legal, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance, Business Development, Information Technology and Human Resources. Industries served include Life Science, Industrial Products, Medical Equipment ,Healthcare Services, Hospitality, Banking and Professional Services. In addition to his executive search experience, John has over 30 years of Human Resource executive management experience in publicly traded and privately held corporations, entrepreneurial start-up companies and private equity backed portfolio companies including Fisher Scientific, Hawk Medical Supply, AMSCO International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and American Hospital Supply Corporation.

John's general management, retained executive search and executive Human Resource Management background and professional services consulting expertise includes significant experience in senior level Staffing and Talent Management initiatives, Executive and Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Strategic Change and Organization Effectiveness.

John is a past member of the Board of Directors of UPMC St. Margaret Hospital in Pittsburgh and a former President of the UPMC St. Margaret Foundation. He served as a Captain in the Unites States Army-Europe and has his MBA from the University of Utah, a BS in Business Administration from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the Executive Human Resource Management program at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

John and his wife, Christine, reside in Ann Arbor, Michigan and have two daughters.


Kelly Persichetti

Kelly Persichetti has worked within the retained search industry since 1994, supporting clients ranging from start-up companies, to national retained search firms, to Fortune 500 organizations. She defines a strategy for each search, embraces ownership, and applies extensive conventional and non-conventional research, sourcing and candidate development techniques to successfully identify and engage passive candidates within various industries to include aerospace, technology, manufacturing, packaging and consumer goods in public and private sectors. She puts emphasis on the importance of aligning corporate and employment branding  strategies to ensure consistent communications and representation of the client to targeted industry talent poole.

With her entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to offer a broad national clientbase a more flexible approach to retained search, Kelly established The Persichetti Group in 1999. Prior to this, she was a Staffing Manager for Computer Task Group (CTG), a national information technology firm. She has previous broad direct experience within retained search firms, food packaging manufacturing, industrial, restaurant and legal industries within consultive, human resource, paralegal, marketing, and administration related functions.

Over the years, Kelly has also provided confidential individualized tactical search strategies for C-suite, director, and manager level individuals in transition.

Kelly and her husband, John of 22 years, are 40+ year natives of central Ohio with 1 child, 2 Siberian Huskies, and actively involved with various organizations close to the heart.
